This unique perspective strengthens her approach to both pharmacy operations and student mentorship, preparing future pharmacists to succeed in a dynamic healthcare environment. Dr. Reiter is passionate about guiding students to connect their classroom knowledge with practical skills, while fostering the communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities needed to thrive in community practice.
What is your or your sites philosophy on educating students and/or providing pharmacy services?
Our philosophy is to lead by example, showing students how to balance clinical knowledge with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. We emphasize critical thinking, patient safety, and effective communication, ensuring that future pharmacists leave with the confidence and practical skills to serve their communities.
What is a fun fact about you or the site?
Our team is known for building strong relationships with patients, we often greet them by name and celebrate milestones in their lives. Students quickly become part of that family atmosphere, making our site both a learning environment and a community hub.
