What is your or your sites philosophy on educating students and/or providing pharmacy services?
My teaching philosophy as a clinical pharmacist is centered on fostering critical thinking, clinical application, and lifelong learning. I believe that pharmacists must move beyond memorization to become problem-solvers, capable of analyzing and synthesizing knowledge in real-world settings. By integrating case-based learning and direct patient care experiences, I bridge the gap between theory and practice, ensuring students are equipped to apply pharmacotherapy with a patient-centered approach. Additionally, I emphasize the importance of continuous learning and self-directed development, guiding students to embrace the ever-evolving nature of healthcare with a growth mindset. Ultimately, my goal is to cultivate compassionate, well-prepared professionals who excel in clinical practice and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of pharmacy.
