Brief bio or Site description
This rotation site is an independently owned pharmacy with two retail locations, a compounding lab and a closed door LTC pharmacy location. Located in Lake County Florida just 30 miles Northwest of Orlando. The pharmacies employ 6 FT pharmacists supported by 45 team members. Established in 1962, Bay and Lake Pharmacies are Lake County’s largest independent pharmacy practice.
What is your or your sites philosophy on educating students and/or providing pharmacy services?
Pharmacist Warren has been a preceptor at the UF School of Pharmacy for over 10 years. Students can expect to experience a comprehensive program for learning in a caring supportive environment.
