The preceptor had this to say about Haley:
Mediation Therapy Management
“My favorite part of this rotation was the exposure to specialty pharmacy while conducting MTM opportunities with patients. Haley showed empathy and went above and beyond to accommodate patients needs for example elderly that cannot afford medications, she would sign them up for foundation help that would save them over 800$ that they could not have otherwise afford as they are on social security income. Haley will be a great asset as a pharmacist wherever she decides to work and any place would be super lucky to have her as she is a quick learner, professional, fast and efficient and shows empathy during any interaction whether with patients, healthcare providers or pharmacy staff.. I’m truly impressed at her level of education and would hire her at Specialty as a new grad!nical skills in a retail setting while also having time to thoroughly counsel patients. I was also able to provide financial assistance to patients with medications that cost tens of thousands of dollars, which was the most rewarding part!“
