The student had this to say about Dr. Bairagdar:

“Nora is a phenomenal preceptor. During my Infectious Disease rotation, she went above an beyond in providing an experience conducive to my learning and growth in this field of pharmacy. On a daily basis, she included me in her daily challenges with complex infections and emergent patient care, promoting evidence based care with the infectious disease physicians and providing opportunities for students to interact with other members of the healthcare team. Additionally, she was thorough in providing educational opportunities through topic discussions, patient therapy analysis and research opportunities. She is invested in the future career aspirations of the student, providing tips on residency, CV review and networking. She has been an invaluable wealth of knowledge and desire to have her students succeed. Nora is a great role model as a clinical pharmacist and any student would be lucky to have her as a preceptor.”
