Dr. Rodgers-Creps and her entire staff are extremely knowledgeable and are eager to share their expertise with me as an intern. This specific location is an environment that is conducive to learning, you are not overwhelmed as the pharmacist is correctly staffed so you are not there as a helping hand or extra tech. you have a place as an intern and you are given task that will teach you and help you improve your skills to become better pharmacist in the future. I am extremely grateful for this experience and i believe this location and preceptor deserve to be highlighted for how they are able to teach interns.

As a Specialty Pharmacist I oversee a high performing team dedicated to supporting patients with complex and chronic conditions. Our specialty site provides personalized care, medication access support, adherence programs, and close collaboration with providers to help optimize patient outcomes. We are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strong partnerships across the healthcare continuum.
What is your or your sites philosophy on educating students and/or providing pharmacy services?

My philosophy is to create and enviornment where parties, caregivers and students feel empowered through knowledge, support and collaboration. we are committed to providing personalized services. Through mentorship, hands on learning and a patient centered approach I strive to develope the next generation of pharmacy professionals while delivering high quality care to every patient I serve.
