Vinny and the rest of the CVS 16180 team left such a positive impact on my CIPPE experience. They created a supportive and welcoming environment that helped me build confidence in myself within the community pharmacy setting. Vinny is dedicated to providing students with hands-on learning where students are encouraged to participate in patient interactions, OTC recommendations, medication dispensing, as well as immunizing. He consistently took the time to explain any clinical decisions or workflow strategy adjustments made, as well as went out of his way to show students unique situations as they came up. He also made sure students knew he was always available to answer questions or clarify any misunderstandings. It is very evident that Vinny is invested in the success and growth of his students, which is sure to leave a lasting impact on all. I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience I had!
